Writing poems and stories as a child is always fun. Sadly, our adult world is often full of rules, regulations and dull reports. Still, creativity and imagination are never far away. That’s why Giggly Furbottom eventually had to come out to play; thanks to the pen of the ‘Goose in Gold’®. 
Giggly Furbottom stepped into the world of our four to eight year olds through the eyes of the Goose’s granddaughter, Ella. As she continues her childhood journey, she may leave him behind, but she’ll always remember their adventures. 

How we Creatimaginate 

What happens when children discover the magic of their own creativity and imagination? Anything becomes possible. They can explore enchanted forests, solve mysteries, or discover new world and build confidence along the way. Giggly Furbottom opens the door to all these magical adventures. 
 
Let’s encourage children to enjoy talking animals and mermaids and ‘creatimagine’ amazing new landscapes. Perhaps a five year old’s dream world of mountains and caves will turn into a lifelong passion for geology. Who knows? 
 
Most importantly, let’s help them face their challenges and fears in safe surroundings and discover the joy of learning new things. 

A creative collaboration 

Goose in Gold works with experienced illustrator and cartoonist, Kris Lillyman, to bring Giggly Furbottom’s adventures to life. Since he was younger than Ella, Kris has explored the world through colours and shapes. Wisely, he turned is passion into a career and his bold and bright style has developed over many years. Now, he works mostly as a children's book illustrator, which is where he truly found his niche.
